We were wondering why the Melitta Smart Mill & Brew 10-Cup Coffeemaker made it on to the Top 10 Weirdest Kitchen Gadgets list, until we had a closer look… 

Just add beans and water, choose from one of seven grind selections, set the time and it is automatic from there. Includes a permanent stainless steel filter, pause-to- pour function, warming plate with auto shut-off, and water reservoir with large view window. Features region specific, up-to-the-minute weather data via FM signal! MSN Direct weather information requires no set up, subscription or Internet connection.

And it even makes coffee!
