In our opinion there is nothing wierd about this gadget! It's pure brilliance.

No more having to nuke butter in the microwave to get something that is half decent to spread – The Butter Wizard controls the temperature of your butter, ensuring that its spreadable for up to 2 hours. While not in use, the unit docks in a charging station, recharging for the next big spread.

The butter wizard is a great product WHEN IT WORKS. I know, because I’ve had two of them. After several months, the first one started running extremely hot, then quit working. I thought it was a fluke, so I bought another one. Unfortunately, that began running very hot a few months later then abruptly died.

The Butter Wizard is a superb idea that needs improved reliability. Until then, I cannot recommend it.
