Posted on 27. Jan, 2012 by Marina in Food & Drink

Sailing your breakfast across a china plate is fun. Ask anyone under seven. This kid-friendly adaptation of the Papaya, lime, Bulgarian yoghurt and pistachio nut salad is designed to tempt little people into filling their morning tummies with healthy goodness.

You’ll need:
A couple of small papayas
Trail mix
Berries (or other fruit, chopped)
Honey
Bulgarian yoghurt

And for the sails:
Wooden kebab sticks
Magazine tear-outs
Scissors

Download visual recipe (your kids will be able to whip it up at a glance).
