We are challenging anyone and everyone anywhere in the world to host a lunch this World Environment Day (Sunday 5 June) and do a little bit towards saving the world by raising funds for South African charity, Soil For Life.

What you need to do, in a nutshell:

- Register your lunch
- Invite some friends over
- Cook them a great lunch (here are some inspiring recipes from top local chefs)
- In return for the meal, ask them to make a donation of R25-200 online.

All money raised at Eat For The Earth lunches throughout South Africa will go to Soil For Life, a charity that teaches people in underprivileged areas how to build soil and grow vegetables so families can sit down to fresh, nutritious and free food all year round.

We have some super prizes for the best photos taken at the lunches, so be sure to snap away and upload them to our Facebook page.

A big thank you to our prize sponsors Stellar Organic WineryNaturals BeautyHappiness isThe Gardener MagazineAquila Private Game Reserve and Y&R Cape Town.
