Now that our attention is being drawn to 'the land of the Franks' and the Rugby World Cup we'd also like to take this opportunity to welcome our brand-new, legendary cool cooking range from Le Creuset.

If you're not up to speed with what is widely considered to be the best slow-cooking pots in the world, the Le Creuset product range is extensive and their French ovens are particularly useful for making a cassoulet, and other long-baking stews such as chili con carne, cholent, and bouillabaisse.

Le Creuset has been the mainstay of French chefs for long as they can remember. Since 1925, the skilled craftsmen at Le Creuset have perfected enameled cast iron cookware. Each shape is one of a kind, made from molten steel and cast in a unique mold, and then expertly enameled. No other procedure yields cookware that so evenly distributes heat, browns and caramelizes food to perfection, and creates a masterpiece at the table.

Now available on Yuppiechef – Delivered to your very own South African door.
