So why on earth would we feature a box of Band-Aid on a blog that is exclusively reserved for ultra cool cooking tools? It's quite simple really – when you upgrade your old kitchen knives with a super sharp Global knife, this little box of tricks will become an essential item in your kitchen cupboard.

So, for those of you who have already sliced and diced your index finger with your new knife…rest easy, even the hardened celebrity chefs let their knives slip once in a while.
